- Location data is used only to play the game and is never permanently stored.
- Secure payments are handled entirely by Stripe (we never see your card info).

1. Information We Collect
To provide a smooth scavenger hunt experience, we collect minimal information:
- Email Address: To send your access code and mission receipt.
- Team Name: To personalize your leaderboard and game records.
- Photos (Optional): Photos you upload during missions are used for your team's custom puzzles.
2. Location (GPS) Data
Our game requires real-time GPS access to verify your location at mission spots.
- Location tracking only happens while the game is open in your browser.
- We do not track your movement in the background.
- We do not build a history of your past locations.
3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Stripe. Scavenger Hunt Go! does not store or have access to your credit card number, CVV code, or expiry date.
4. Data Retention
We keep your email and team name on record for 1 year (the duration of your ticket's validity) to allow you to resume your game. You can request data deletion at any time via our contact page.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted partners for specific tasks: Stripe (Payments), Google Calendar (Event adding), and YouTube (Instructional videos). Each has their own privacy policy.
