1. Service Agreement

By purchasing a ticket or accessing Scavenger Hunt Go!, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines designed to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.

2. Tickets & Refunds

Validity: All tickets are valid for one full year from the date of purchase. You may start your mission at any time within this period.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of access codes, refunds are not available once the code has been delivered to your email.
Team Access: One ticket grants access to one full team. There is no limit on the number of players per team.

3. Liability Waiver

Scavenger Hunt Go! (the "Company") provides the platform and mission content but does not control the physical environment.

Personal Injury: The Company is not liable for any physical injuries, including but not limited to falls, collisions, or accidents occurring during gameplay.
Property Damage: Users are responsible for their own devices and property. We are not liable for broken phones or data charges.
External Factors: We are not responsible for site closures, weather conditions, or local events that may obstruct a mission area.

4. Intellectual Property

All mission text, puzzles, logic, and artwork are the exclusive property of Scavenger Hunt Go!. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
